THE FLORENTINE ROOM--located at Tuscan Tavern is an excellent special private party destination. It's 14-foot high wood-beamed ceiling, large arched windows and Italian mural make it the most elegant and appealing function room in the East Bay area.

The FLORENTINE ROOM may be accessed through its own private entrance or through the French doors leading from the restaurant area. It will accommodate up to 80 guests for dining and 120 for cocktail receptions.

GENERAL BANQUET INFORMATION

Reservations
Once a reservation is made we do require a deposit to confirm the date you have chosen for your function. If a deposit is not received, we will no longer be obliged to hold your reservation.

Deposit
A $200.00 (two hundred dollar) deposit is required to reserve a specific date. Your deposit will go towards your final bill. In event of cancellation, your deposit will be returned if function space is re-booked.

Menu
Menu selections and room requirements should be receied three weeks prior to function. Functions booked within a 3-week period should be finalized as soon as possible. All food items must be supplied and prepared by the Tuscan Tavern. Prices are subject to change. Rhode Island Law prohibits any liquor brought onto the premises.

Guaranties
A guarantee count is required 7 (seven) days prior to function. No cancellations on number of guests will be accepted after guaranteed number.

Payments
Full payment is due and payable on or before date of function. An 18% gratuity and 7% sales tax will be added to your bill. If you qualify as a tax exempt organization, you must give us your RI State Tax Exempt Number along w/an Official Certificate at the time of payment. Payment must be made by credit card or organization check.

Liquor
Tuscan Tavern's Florentine Room is equipped w/it's own private bar for large functions. In addition, you may choose wine and champagne from our 50 bottle list to compliment your celebration.

Desserts
Tuscan Tavern offers a full selection of excellent desserts. Special occasion cakes are available also.
